Support our workshop leaders and speakers by helping with materials, managing timing, directing attendees to the right rooms, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Assist vendors with set-up, answer their logistical questions, and ensure the marketplace area stays tidy and welcoming for attendees throughout the event.

Help transform our space before the event and return it to its original state after. Tasks may include arranging chairs/tables, putting up signage, and packing materials.

Capture the day’s energy! Take candid photos, short videos, and post live updates to social media so our online community can follow along.

Act as a “roaming helper” — guiding people to different areas, answering quick questions, and making sure no one feels lost or left out. Perfect for friendly, approachable volunteers!
